Late Model Restoration 2015 FORD MUSTANG FRONT LED TURN SIGNAL

Wait!! Product leaves room for improvements!

This review pertains to product: Item #LRS-2015LED-KIT from LMR.com (Late Model Restoration).

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. The kit includes T10 White x2 Front side marker bulbs & 7443 White x2 Front turn signal switchback bulbs. This description is straight from the LMR (Late Model Restoration) website. HOWEVER, the product which I received is not in fact WHITE. Case and point, looking at the pictures below one can clearly see I have an LED kit which lacks continuity and is unmistakably NOT white.

The 7443 front turn signal switchback LED bulb is brilliant white however, the T10 front side marker bulb is obviously BLUE. For $59.99 I truly only received 2 properly functioning LED bulbs. In my opinion the blue side marker bulbs look cheap and YELL aftermarket, not the look I was going for.  After contacting LMR I was sent another pair of replacement T10 side marker LEDs, unfortunately after installation they again illuminated blue. In the end I went for a distinct two tone look, using the LMR 7443 LEDs in tandem with the OEM side marker AMBER bulbs (see below).

2014 Buick Lacrosse HID Headlights 6000K

Please note factory 2014 Buick Lacrosse projector headlights come equip with 9006 halogen bulbs. I was originally provided H11 series bulbs by HID vendor and they did not and will not fit in the housing correctly.

I purchased a 6000K HID kit from Xenon Pro for my 2014 Lacrosse. The bulbs and ballasts fit perfect with OEM parts. To install correctly a 1" hole must be drilled in plastic headlight housing cover (located under the hood behind the actual headlights) in order to insert HID rubber grommet and ensure waterproof seal. The kit was plug and play no wire splicing required. I mounted the ballast to the frame of the car using Buick's predrilled holes and mounting brackets + zip ties.

Overall installation took about 1.5 hours. I would recommend Xenon Pro as a source for HID kits/part. I am very happy with the overall look the HID kit has brought to my Lacrosse. The 6000K bulbs are white with slight hint of light blue (depending on angle). There is noticeable improvement in driving visibility at night but to be honest purchased kit for the premium look it brings to the car. Next up 20% tint. Questions let me know....

Spec-D Buyers Beware!

Purchased these chrome HID/LED headlights for my 2006 Honda Accord…the installation was easy and you can find video and PDF installation online….HOWEVER I have had nothing but problems 6-8months after installation…they claim to be water proof however I have had corrosion issues on the negative terminals twice already…I have rewired and taped (electrical) twice and still lights go out…the aesthetics are the only positive aspect of Spec-D headlights…BUT since the lights constantly go out its really not worth the headache!
In addition…the Spec-D headlamps take H1 bulbs (cheap if you ask me)…the OEM Honda Accord bulbs/plugs are made for H11…meaning you have to switch out the OEM plugs with H1 compatible plugs NOT included.
Overall in hindsight I would NOT have purchased these headlights…poor quality big headache! What I should have don’t was stick with the OEM headlamps and just installed HID kit...you live and learn.
Beware!!! Looks great performs terrible!
